Tequila distiller Leucadia 1875 reached out to us to create a high-end commercial to run in a chain of luxury theaters and other advertising platforms.

GOAL

The goal of the project was simple…feature the Blanco to convey the smoothness of Leucadia Tequila in a classy way, while highlighting the unique design of the bottle.

approach

We brought the magic of cinema to life entirely in-studio, crafting a commercial that’s as smooth and stylish as the spirit itself. Imagine sleek black-and-white visuals, ultra-slow-motion pours that feel like liquid art, and close-ups so crisp you can almost taste the tequila. We worked with Leucadia to refine a voiceover script that delivers a simple but clear message of who Leucadia is and what they do. We meticulously designed shots to highlight the bottle’s unique wave-inspired design, a tribute to the Pacific Ocean and the brand’s surfing roots. Using a mix of handcrafted props and creative ingenuity like building custom contraptions to nail those jaw-dropping shots, we turned the studio into a playground of sophistication. We used a state-of-the-art Red cinema camera that records top quality, super slow motion footage to capture the dancing liquids, and simple yet effective lighting to create a classy and timeless feel. Designed to dazzle on the big screen, this ad is a cinematic toast to the refined, bold, and effortlessly cool vibe of Leucadia 1875 Blanco.
